Internal service design and processes engineered enabling client to scale from a one-man to a six-person local / remote organization.
Client Overview
When I took on RWP Advisors as a client they were a one-man operation. The owner was a successful commercial real estate broker, servicing the greater Atlanta area. Through a series of interviews with the owner I learned that, while his business was thriving, he was too busy managing menial, daily tasks, and didn’t have the resources to service all of his clients.
PROBLEM
[The broker] needs a way to not be burdened with menial tasks, such as email, calendar, and CRM management, so that he can allocate his time toward activities requiring his unique skillset, such as networking and closing deals.
SOLUTION
By creating a virtual intranet, complete with engineered processes, standard operating procedures, and guides to onboard virtual & local admin, [the broker] could use this tool to train and delegate tasks to new hires, independently, so he could direct his resources toward scaling his business.
